Euphoria - In Juice Feasting and Beyond

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share some thoughts with you about euphoria, joy and love. These are feelings I have become much more attuned to whilst juice feasting and also since following a raw and conscious lifestyle.

http://www.ted.com/index.php/speakers/view/id/203

An AMAZING link that Dhurmil posted on give it to me raw about tapping into euphoria in connecting with the right side of the brain.

Now an INCREDIBLY ENLIGHTENING link that Raw Rob posted about the impaired evolution of the functioning of left side of the brain.

http://kaleidos.org.uk/DOWNLOADS/part%20two.mp3

Tony Wirght explains that due to our former shift away the forest lifestyle, the left hemisphere of the brain has evolved to a malfunction although in its impaired state it controls the right side of the brain, hindering our potential creative and physical abilities, inhibiting us from fulfilling our incedible potential and becoming the aazing beings that we are meant to be. He believes that a primitive rainforest diet essentially of 'leaves and fruit' can help us develop back to a more balanced state being and, by my inferring the information from the first link; bring peace, wellbeing an harmony back to our society.

Please check these links, if you are interested. I would like to hear how other people conceive the heightened state of euphoria in the raw food diet. This for me may be one of the missing links I was looking for.

Love and Deep Joy,

Poppy

I believe that juice feasting rebalances us and returns us to this euphoric state. I also believe the we can become more attuned to the right side of the brain in eating a more 'primitive diet.'

What do you think??

I will be blogging about this later in a bit more depth if anyone is interested,, also.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Opening up the passages of the mind for me really is the essence of the raw lifestyle and I think what we all need to be a a more connected, happy and mindful society...

Poppy,

Euphoria! Thank you so much for this and the video posts. Love it!

The euphoric floating feeling has got to be the unsung gift of raw plant juice.
Like a portal into the life blood of the planetary energy. The synchronistic
complete pattern replication of the blood of plants and the blood of humans
leads me to wonder if we are blurring the boundaries of self every time we take
a juice.

What if who we are in awareness literally shifts as we merge with the plant energy
inside, connecting us to all other living beings in the process?

What if in choosing this awareness as 'who we are' in reality is an evolutionary
step for all of us? - bringing us into the moment, the source of being? Peace?
Joy? Connection? Completion?

What if this is a spiritual journey masquerading as a juice odessy?

Love

Ayrie

Everything we do is a spiritual journey. Just that juicefeasting greatly enhance it by bringing us closer to self and to what is. This is why we also become aware of what is not....the emotions, being just reactions to positive and negative stimulus presented by the environment. Remember Self is beyond polarity.

June, Thanks for your reply. Are you referring to the video links or just the general feeling of euphoria in juice feasting? I think these ae interesting points that you make but what I like about the links that I displayed is that they show a place in the brain that contains the path to euphoria. As if to say its a very concrete search because it is already within us, so essentialy a quest to our core. What did you think of the links?

The links are great. I actually am looking for the scientific facts presented in those links. Good one, most definitely.

Thank you so much for this Ayrie. Your response is so in tune with my thoughts, I am ecstatic to read you here!

Yes, yes, yes to all your points.

This connection with other energy beings, and the energy of plants, matter, the Universe is such a beautiful shift, I am so grateful to be exploring this! I see in these portals of consciousness, a community gaining greater awareness and moving towards all the wonderful things thatyou mentioned. How far can this spiritual odyssey take us? How many people are cottoning on to it through the Global Juice Feast alone? How many more to jump on board?

Reading Eckart Tolle's " The Power of Now" right now and it resonates the samee concept, surrendering to the Now, the silence and peace of the inner self, accessing completeness and joy. Its here, inside us this Euphoria. More and more people are developing the tools to access this beautiful state of consciousness. And its spreading fast...

Thank you for your reply, Ayrie.

Love,

Poppy

I am very glad to still be here with you - this third space is like my newy adopted home - and the juicy community, my adopted family as wonderful things continue to manifest in my life through juiciness and love. I am definitely sticking around for now!!

I am glad that you loved the video too. I thought of you guys in posting it as I thought that you may have already been familiar and appreciative of it, so it gave me great joy to hear your positive feedback! I defintely feel that the Tony Wright links provided some deeper insight into why green juice and raw foods open us up to such connection with the world and nature. Ayrie's comment sums it up beautifully.

I also shed a tear, or two at the end! ;)

Loving your daily video blogs, they are just beautiful and you two are just beautiful! I hope we will meet one day in the not too far distant future!!

Lots of love,

Poppy x

HI Poppy

Thank you so much for the video on Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. It was just amazing to hear her personal experience. This is what all meditation techniques are supposed to help us experience i think it is only that we have such a hard time quietening our mind. If juice feasting could in any way enhance our abilities it will be wonderful. I am having some difficult time sticking to the plan. But every time i slip i just let it go and continue with the juicing. The other video is inspiring as well.
