Healing of skin lesion
I wanted to report the incredible healing of a facial skin lesion. It was an elevated, rough lesion of about 1cm in diameter that was darker than the rest of my skin, and sitting just above my left eyebrow. I'd seen my doctor about it (6 months ago) because I was concerned that it may have been skin cancer. She thought it may have been caused by sun exposure and was a "normal part of aging". She went on to recommend that I take out health insurance for the inevitable future of ill health and skin lesion removal !!! (We have state funded medical care in NZ but it doesn't cover elective surgeries.) She also warned to "keep an eye on it" in case it started to change. WELL, at about Day 50 of JFing, it itched a little, I rubbed it, and it FELL OFF revealing lovely smooth, unaffected skin underneath! Hooray! I think this is a great example of the reversal of aging and cancer prevention, through the magic of JFing.

Yes, I agree. And there's evidence now that correlates skin cancers to nutritional deficiencies (including selenium). It's never made sense to me to view the Sun as an enemy.
