Spoke to John Rose last night!
I am so lucky to live in Houston where we have John Rose! I was at a Go Vegan Texas and the Society of Pease vegan and raw food event!
I just thought I would let you all know that he said it was very feasible that my liver enzymes shot up due to toxins being dumped in to my system through the juice feast and not because I am over dosing on vitamin A like my silly doctor said! Of course this is what we here all felt was the case, it is just so nice to have your thoughts confirmed by John!

omg hey! Was this event at the new restaurant? World Veggies or something? I was planning to go too! But ended up not going cause something came up..How was it? was the food spectacular?wait nvm, you're doing juice feasting..hehe. Oh by the way, I only went to one raw food/vegan/vegetarian related event and that was when paul nison was speaking..=). Are you active with the group?

Yes it was at that resaurant, the food was fantastic! (I don't start my feast again till Monday)....And yes I'm apart of that group. it's the Taft group. I organize the Spring Woodlands Magnolia group, and we had Paul Nison out too. In fact he satayed at my house!

I think I might have seen you before then! What a coincidence. haha. Is the restaurant inside shape center?I actually went to see the restaurant today, but I was scared to go inside. what's the longest you juice feasted? I think it's so cool that you got to meet the man that started it all. =)

Yes it is in the Shape Center. I juice feasted for 30 days last month. I just finished enjoying my last supper!!!
Yes John Rose is awsome. I have met him and heard him speak on several occasions! We are so fortunate to have him here!
I'm looking forward to meeting you at one of the meetings. The next Taft St. one is on the 15th....you should come!
