I'm curious how all of the Global Juice Feasters are post feast. I saw how some of you broke your feast, but how is it going now? How are you eating? How much weight have you gained back? How do you feel? Have the improvements and changes you saw during the feast remained? Do you incorporate juice in your diet now?
!!!!You, trooper, you!!!! I'm projecting ahead to doing a Fall tune-up mini-feast...in fact all of us Victoria JuiceLuckers will likely do it together! You just can't get rid of us!
Hi,
Post feast I feel great, my digestion is so much smoother, I get full faster, I am truly relishing and enjoying eating my greens. I used to not like salads or chopped raw veggies with a light dressing but now its all I want. I drink/chew green shakes in the morning, drink juice or eat veggie wraps or salads for both lunch and dinner. I have gained approximately 10lbs back of the 30 I lost but its ok, my skin looks fantastic, I am leaner, my tummy is flatter and I just feel good.
I will do another juice feast this fall but I won't go over 40 days, I think I got the most out of the feast the first 40 days.
Love to all xo Dea
I finished my first feast a few weeks ago, perhaps a month ago. I never felt bad from what I was eating or moving back into food at all. I have had a few days where I could tell I had a bit too much salt or perhaps a spice on my food my body wasn't wanting resulting in stiff joints or being a bit puffy upon waking... but my digestion has been great, the improvements I saw during the juice feast have all lasted & stayed. I have only been eating leafy green salads with fresh veggies from my garden, adding olive oil and avos for fat to them as dressings, and not eating dehydrated or gourmet raw recipes which I think is why I haven't felt anything adverse so soon after the feast. I also drink one to two quarts of juice a day.
I don't think I have gained any weight, but I can tell I have more in my body, in my digestive system and that was something to get used to. I really miss the ease of the juice & the cleansing it was providing (faster than eating salads), that I am starting a shorter feast (50-60 day) today.

I lost 15 pounds after suffering from a long period of nausea and headaches which were resolved by adopting a largely raw food diet. However, I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back -- and I was thin to begin with. I intuitively feel a juice fa…

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
