Global Juice Feast

I have some questions.I hope someone can help

Hi,
I am a newbie here with juice feasting. I have been eating raw ( 90%) for about a year.
I have a few questions regarding juice feasting.
This past week I began my very first one.I was only planning on doing this for two weeks due to some travel plans that I'm afraid would have made it difficult for me to do any longer.
The first 4 days were great.I felt unbelievable.Great energy, great mood, skin looked awesome etc..Then a few days ago I started to have heart burn..I feel sick to my stomach too and
the frustrating part about this is I never get heart burn and my skin is itchy as well, so today I finished after just a week..At this point I just can't even look at another juice..
I'm sure that this could be some type of detox sympton but I am miserable..
Perhaps I should have planned better, do I need enzyme pills, a probiotic..aughhh. I really would like to do this..Does anyone have any suggestions. So the next time I can have a better experience.I would appreciate any help.
Thanks ,
Julie

Funny, thing ... it was the green juices that were sometimes unpalattable for me...fruit juices would settle this for.

Thanks for the input..I was mainly drinking green juice last week. I love it. My juices contained kale, lettuce, celery, ginger, lime and an apple to add a bit of sweetness..
I have heard enemas would help. How long does the detox period usually last

Thats what I figured.
I'm thinking that before I attempt to the next feast I will plan better.
I notice on the home page for Juice feasting that there are package deals of support you can buy.I think for me personally this might be the way to go.
I want to succeed at my next attempt .
Would you suggest any herbal extras in preparation..

Julie,
I made the same mistake at the beginning of my JF: my juices were TOO green and intense, I had trouble digesting them. Don't use kale for the first couple of weeks, make green juices lighter with cukes, or even add some water to the juice, that's what I did. And definitely take digestive enzymes if you get some heaviness in your stomach or discomfort. It takes time for the body to adjust to the intensity of juices and, actually, density of nutrients.
