I would have started march 1st but i just heard about this. I'm starting tomorrow... is that okay with everyone? Can I still include myself in the global juice feast program?
I read the faq, but I still have a question.
is there anything that is required for the juice feast?
I think its ok that you start juice feasting whenever you decide too :)
I am taking very few supplements mainly because I don't have many around: MSM, Coconut Oil, Spirulina, Bee Pollen and really that's it.
Please write about your experience if you like and keep us posted..
Hi Jen!
I'm starting tomorrow also! There are some great tips, helps and how-tos on the juicefeasting.com website...and a countdown of days on the blogs that I just discovered today...all kinds of goodies!!! Those pages, along with the prepartory blogs really helped give me a better picture and helped to answer alot of questions that I had. (David addresses the whether-or-not-to-supplement question in there as well in an article called "Supplements and Superfoods" under the "Juice Feasting Intro" tab.)
I'll be thinkin' 'bout ya while I'm trying to make my 1st 4 qts of juice in the morning!!! Nice for me that someone else is starting tomorrow too!
Happy Juice Feasting!!!!!!
Smiles!
Linda
I start on Monday! Due to all-day special meeting on the first and then intimate dinner on the 2nd! I'm definitely starting on the 3rd, two days behind everyone! Hope it won't matter!
I am not doing supplements, although I have spirulina and bee pollen because I wanted to see what I am missing! I won't be replenishing them. Supplements are not required, just recommended. As far as when you start juice feasting, it doesn't matter. People have done it in previous years; the March 1st date is simply a planned event. I think doing it at the same time makes it more fun, but it certainly isn't necessary to start on any particular date of someone else's choosing. Enjoy your juice feast!!
HI
I started a day late - SUnday day 1 for me is OVER!
I add MSM in the morning
and E3 live
I will also add chorella
WHY because I have them in the fridge!!
bee pollen too
I don't think you need any supplements....
the juice is serious!

I lost 15 pounds after suffering from a long period of nausea and headaches which were resolved by adopting a largely raw food diet. However, I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back -- and I was thin to begin with. I intuitively feel a juice fa…

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
