I am on day 7 of my clense and a little concerned because i have had zero to none bowl movements and im not sure if that is normal?? anyone with advice would be much appreciated!!
Hi Cassie,
Don't be alarmed. You colon my need a lot of hydration to loosen up old feces. It is very important to do daily enemas for the first 20 days. The reason we do this is because the colon is not stimulated by fiber during the juice feast. You stools will move with the enema, however, they will be loose. Don't be afraid of enemas, they are safe and are very effective.
I want to add that in my studies, fish oil is something we need to add and it feeds the good bacteria in the colon and the good bacteria produce further vitamins . fish oil provides a different type of EFA's then does flax---I understand that this goes against the vegan view. there is also evening primrose oil again very important for colon creates smoothe movement and helps hydrate. EFA's Hydrate deeply in tissues. Essential whichever ones you choose and you need 3, 6, 9 ,. also I understand that EFA help to cut down on sweet urges.
Depends on where you live AND I have to say it is so worth it. I got one today in Arizona and it was $75. Some therapists offer a 10-12 session discount - when you first start getting them - it is truly great to get them often. Sometimes it takes 10 sessions before the 'old stuff' starts coming up. If you pair with enema's at home & juice feasting...... I imagine you will feel FANTASTIC quite soon. Good luck!

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
