I finally got my Vita-Mix in and I am so excited to start my 92 day feast!!! But as the saying goes "those who fail to plan, plan to fail" so I want to make sure that I know what I am doing first. From my research so far it seems that the enema and the juicing itself are two priorities on a feast although I already know that an enema is only recommended and not required. I plant get an enema kit this week and hopefully I'll get the hang of it being that I've never tried one before.
Anyways, I want to see what a whole day of juice consumption feels like and I want to do one this week sometime. Can someone hold my hand and give me a breakfast, lunch, and dinner plan? What should consume and how much?
If you explore the juicefeasting.com site rather then this site globaljuicefeasting..com you will find all the answers to your questions very clearly. What to juice, recipes, how to get off of it ect. Enemas are vital to this, people do fasts without them but they are really missing so many benefits including losing pounds of impacted matter from the colon. Look to Dr.;s Richard Anderson or Bernard Jensen for gruesome pics and enlightening information. You can plan a lot of out , but this is definitely a learning process and you will have a million questions along the way, and this is a great place to get them answered! I'm currently on my 6th cleanse in 5 years and I feel like I have a lot of it down , but I'm still learning so much each time too. Good luck to you, Van Nessa
