Global Juice Feast

Global Juice Feast March 2009 - Global Network

Hi,
would anyone like to join me in undertaking the global juice feast in March 2009? I am preparing now so that we can form a support network and get to know each other in advance of the Juice Feast!
I am going to write a blog throughout the 92 days and would welcome the opportunity to connect with others who are doing it in the UK and worldwide. I would also like to offer my support to anyone who would like it and would love to have a buddy for the duration of this fantastic experience. Please get in touch if you would like to join me, would like support or want to become my buddy. Love, light & Blessings

Hi Michele - Dawn here - fellow LFP course colleague living in France, how are you these days, i did this last year for 42 days, i know there are dozens of UK people on the listing so you'll have plenty of support in your own country. I'm interested to hear your reasons for doing this by the way and hearing your news generally as we've been out of touch since last summer, wishing you all the best with your ventures. Dawn

Hi Dawn,

how lovely to hear from you. I have previously completed various cleanses and specifically 18 days of the juice feast last year. I am going to be doing a precleanse before the juice feast as that feels right for me right now and I want to wait to be part of the global community 92 day Juice Feast starting in March. My business is moving forward with so many exciting things to come and I recently launched my brand new revamped website: http://www.theconsciouslivingpractitioner.com
so clearing out the old and moving into a new chapter of my life by cleansing will certainly enhance all that I am doing. I also want to connect with other people both in the UK and globally to support, share and move forward with like minded people. Doing the Juice Feast with other people will be a different experience! :)
Ronny and I are living together in Portsmouth although aim to purchase premises in Cumbria to open the Centre that I have been working towards for the past 25 years and I'm currently creating proposals to take that dream forward. I would love to hear from you and keep in touch more regularly. Sending you love and light and a huge hug. Michele Snedden (so as not to confuse with the other Michele) xxx

Hi Michele,

I started the juice feast on the 1st Jan. so am well underway in my juicing journey. I wish you all the best. It takes courage to get started for sure. I am in Glasgow and everyone I know thinks I am mental only drinking juice but I'm feeling better all the time. Saying that, I could still use support as it can be a bit dull right in the middle of the feast but who said it was going to be easy, right? I'm happy to hear from you anyway if you need to vent or whatever. I find it's best to accept whatever comes up and just let it flow... Blessings, Monique

Hi Monique,

firstly well done, getting this far with the Juice Feast is such a major achievement in itself especially when people around you find it difficult to relate to what you are doing. Secondly, thank you for taking the time to get in touch and your kind offer of support - I hope it will be a mutual exchange! I am doing a 19 day cleanse before starting the juice feast which will prepare me quite well for the 92 days which will culminate in a total of 111 days of liquid only... My final date being 6th June! I am excited about this whole process and the journey itself as I know life will never be the same again - in fact life will only get better and better as a result :)

I started the cleanse today and feel good at finally starting as it has been on my mind for a while although the circumstances were not quite right before now. I believe you have to prepare yourself on all levels before embarking on a long cleanse, any cleanse for that matter and certainly for the 92 days. I am fortunate that my partner is 100% behind me which is a real blessing and as I am working on my own currently my environment is also supporting me.

How has your journey been so far? Are you on day 47 today? How has the juice feast journey affected you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually?

Love, light & blessings, Michele (Snedden) xxx

Hi Michele,

i am starting a 92 juice feast TODAY. what are you doing different for the 19 days than you will do for the 92 day juice feast? you are so right about having to be ready for it and prepared on all levels. i know i'll be needing support and will be visiting this site daily over the next 92 days. i'll take all the support i can get. and i'll gladly offer any i can in return.

Lots of Love and Light,
patricia

Hi Patricia,

Thank you for responding to my invitation - I look forward to mutual support on our journey's! I am doing a master cleanse for the 19 days as I really want to experience the 92 day Juice Feast on a global scale and support the wider community as well as receiving the support for myself. The 19 days will enable me to adjust and cleanse in a different way and I am using that time to detox my home, my mind and any other areas that I want to let go of. I have several new business ventures which I am about to launch and I want to offer the highest energy and vibration to all who work with me and the cleanse is a great way to underpin that.

Is this your first juice feast or have you participated in previous events? What time is it where you are and how is your first day going?

Sending you hugs, love, light and blessings Michele (Snedden)

this is the first time ive done a cleanse/juice feast using this site as support, but ive done the master cleanse before for various lengths of times. 12 days was the longest. the longest juicing that ive ever done was 16 days. im a little nervous about how i can overcome and push through the really tough days... but i'm just going to take one day at a time and when the cravings and temptations seem bigger than what i can overcome i'll find a place to sit quietly and meditate my way through it. i really want to do this.

so far so good on day 1. :) how is yours coming along? its 11:55 right now. whats our time difference?

Hi Patricia,

it is 7.25pm here in the UK.. The fact that you have participated in juicing and cleansing before is a great foundation as you already have successes under your belt! The first thing I find when embarking on something new or something that requires a major commitment is to establish why I am doing it, the benefits of doing it and the consequences (if any) of not doing it. I also like to consider what I need to make that happen including environment, people, resources etc. If that is all clear before I begin then it is much easier to sustain and my desire to complete what I have signed up to is much greater.

Although you say you are a little nervous about pushing through the tough days - you may surprise yourself and have few 'tough' days if you prepare daily and acknowledge what is going on for you on every level. The important thing is to love yourself in every moment and that includes saying loving and supporting things that will help you on your journey. Meditation is a great way to still the mind as I am sure you are aware and the fact that you really want to do it will contribute to your success. A great thing that might also help you is to list as many things about why you want to do the juice feast, including all the benefits and time yourself to take no more than 5 minutes - that way you capture the really significant reasons. When you have completed this task you can re-write the first 10 reasons onto a clean sheet of paper and put them somewhere that you will see them everyday and put the original list in another prominent play as a reinforcement. If you remember 'why' you are doing the juice feast together will the benefits it will bring you will find it a lot easier to maintain...

I will also offer you my support every step of the way :)

My first day has been great - I have already had a bath and I am going to watch a movie. Tomorrow I will start a new exercise regime - yoga, crosstrainer and walking my 2 Jack Russell pups Archie and Angel.

Look forward to talking some more...

Love and light Michelexxx

sounds like youre 6 hours ahead...
thanks Michele, those are all great suggestions. im going to try everything i can because i really want to make it to the end. and like you, i'm going to cleanse all areas of my life. i want this to be a total life transformation. i'm also going to increase my inspirational/spiritual reading and meditation and cut down on tv. ive never been a tv junkie, but i could still stand to watch less (or not at all) and increase more positive influences.
i'll be glad to offer support in any way i can. seems there are several of us that have a jump start on the 92 day juice feast. i'm sure the support will be priceless to all.
