Hi,
would anyone like to join me in undertaking the global juice feast in March 2009? I am preparing now so that we can form a support network and get to know each other in advance of the Juice Feast!
I am going to write a blog throughout the 92 days and would welcome the opportunity to connect with others who are doing it in the UK and worldwide. I would also like to offer my support to anyone who would like it and would love to have a buddy for the duration of this fantastic experience. Please get in touch if you would like to join me, would like support or want to become my buddy. Love, light & Blessings
Hello - it is day 3 for those of us who started on the 7th of March - I am wondering how you are all doing! I spent Saturday & Sunday resting for most of the time and watching DVD's with my partner. I will be keeping a blog which I will update tonight http://rawinmotionblog.typepad.com I look forward to hearing how you are doing and sharing this amazing experience. love, light & Blessings Michele (Snedden) xxx
Hi today is March 9th, 2009 and I just found this site and realized that juice feast began on the 7th of March but umm I am still joining though 2 days late. I was actually planning to do 30 days but being that I have support I will try for the full 92 days. I am so happy for this.
welcome, it's good to have you on board - and regardless of when you join there is lots of support available and people will encourage you on your journey for the time that is right for you. I look offer you my support in any way I can. Love and light Michele (Snedden) xxx :)
Hi Michele, Thank you for offer yourself to this fantastic global wide event. This is something that I've been seeking in my life like-minded people. I would love to be feasting buddies with you and offer my support as well. I had planned a 21 day juice feast for myself when I 'found' everyone here on March 9th -the day I started. I am so thankful and happy about this. Now, with all the support, I plan to go longer - 28 days and than I need to take two weeks off before beginning again because of prior plans (to see Sir Paul McCartney, no less, for the very first time!) with my husband (who is not Juice Feasting) for our 10th year anniversary. This is my first time doing this, although I've been vegetarian for 37 years.Do you think this will present a challenge for me to do it this way? Love and Light!
Hi Carol, Great to have you on board! This is such a great opportunity to share an amazing experience with people all over the world who are participating in this global juice feast. You asked about the break in the middle of your juice feast - Firstly, listen to yourself and your body as therein lies the wisdom to make the best decisions.. I personally believe the most important thing is to prepare time for your body to adapt at the end of the 28 days before your wonderful time seeing Sir Paul McCartney. It is what you do after the 28 days that I believe is crucial and most important to your body and your whole wellbeing... You don't want to shock it too much by going from juicing straight into eating a full meal. I would treat the 28 days as a complete juice feast period and follow the guidelines accordingly. Then when you re-start, you will have 28 days of success under your belt which is a great foundation. I believe challenges are blessings that help us to grow if we choose to let them - your desire to succeed teamed with your previous success and the wonderful people here on this forum will walk the road with you... . love, light & blessings Michele (Snedden)xxx :)
Thank you for the gentle reminder to 'listen to my body.' My inner wisdom says that's always the best way to go. Listening to my body has been a challenge for me in the past. I think I'll just leave it there! lol

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
