Hi Skye,
I've noticed also - everything quiet. I'm on Day 30 and still doing good. I plan to do the full 92 days - so 62 left. The last few days I've been feeling kinda lousy - I think I am in a detoxing mode. Hopefully that will pass so that I can feel better. Also, I've lost quite a bit of weight. Rock on! Tomi
Sure has been quiet. I am on day 33. Enjoying the juice feast. Felt some lethargy for a little, but am starting to come out of it. I feel like doing a whole a lot of NOTHING lately, and am honoring that. Definitely detoxing: coating on my tongue and all. The addition of chlorella into my JF (a couple weeks back) jump started a whole new set of detox reactions; all is good! I love it!
I am still going Day 51 feeling pretty good. Although I am not working out as long as before energy a little low recent days. Also, strongly considering completing 100 days versus 92 days of feasting. This will depend on how much more weight I lose; presently my choice for clothing is becoming rather small. Finally, I've been able to reduce my juice making time to 15-20 minutes so grateful. Beforehand, I was in the kitchen for at least an hour (smile)
hey there. thanks for posting such great videos. i've watched just about all of them. sometimes at work i listen to them like others folks listen to radio or music. very motivating and upbeat.
Hi Everyone!
I'm still loving this juicefeast. I noticed it got quiet a week or so ago too. I guess everyone's just busy with life. It's day 23 for me. Because of prior commitments I'll be doing it in segments with a two week break after 28 days and a week break after another 40 days. At that point, my plan is to go until I reach 100 days total and I may go more if my body asks for it. I'm feeling extremely well. I've added food grade Diatomaceous Earth once a day right before the quart of MSM lemon water (or you could drink it before bed) and a herbal liver cleanse.
Food grade Diatomaceous Earth removes toxins from the bowels and has been reported in scientific literature to absorb methyl mercury, e-coli, endotoxins, viruses (including polio virus), organophosphate pesticide residues, drug resides, and protein. It's working great for me.
The herbal liver detox helps to flush the toxins out of your liver quicker and you don't feel the effects of them as much as in lethargy and scattered thinking etc. The recipe is:Take 1 oz of Oregon Grape Root, Wild Yam Root, Dandelion Root and 1/4 oz of Licorice Root and boil for 15 min in 1 quart of water and let steep 1/2 hour. Refrigerate and drink 2-3 Tablespoons 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach.
still alive and juicin'! The first week was the hardest part. All those cravings! After overcoming all the speedbumps the only things i crave are raw and the cravings are much less frequent. Now I'm concentrating on finding delicious juices to keep from getting bored.
All is going good. Juice Feasting is easier than what I thought it would be, which is fantastic. After reading David's 'stages' I know it wont always be easy, but I'm liking it so far.

Day 30, doing well, also having that desire to do nothing and relax which doesn't work for my crazy schedule, but honoring that as much as possible. Yoga is helping so much.
Glad to read of everyone's progress! Last year I did 73 consecutive, 110 total....this year planning on around 60 or so...definitely want to be done and well transitioned prior to working at Raw Spirit Festival Santa Barbara June 5-7.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
