I've heard from multiple people (professors of mine, mainly) that the brain requires amino acids and omega fatty acids to run at it's best function (for learning and studying during semester). It's not something I'm worried about enough to stop, but since we're getting plentiful amino acids from the various fruits/veg we're juicing, is it possible to also get the fats they claim are necessary for optimum brain function while still strictly juicing? I think my nutrients are better than previous semesters, regardless of this, so I'm thinking more clearly already, but with school beginning a week from now it crossed my mind to find out...
David? Katrina? Any advice? Or anyone with science-based help for me??
