I was reading a book on juice fasting and it suggested that for long term fasts that nut milk could be beneficial for protein. Don't know if I buy it. It said that with short cleanses it will just make you want to eat solid food , but with cleanses over 30 days that it won't. .Anyone try it and have good results?
I would like to but I don't want to mess up on how great I'm doing . I'm 35 days into a 70 day cleanse to lose the last 15lbs of over a hundred I have lost and maintained in the past two years. I'm getting ready to have a second child and want to be as health as possible. Thanks, Van Ness
