Hello all your delectably, juicy about-to-embark on a life-changing Global Juice Feast!
Last year, a group of us started juice feasting together on March 1st, 2008 for the kick-off to the Global Juice Feast '08! We started with 14 or 15...and quickly dwindled to the core group of 4: we gathered each week for a check-in, and recorded our progress and setbacks along the way. A living record.

Thanks for sharing. It was great to do this last year. I did it too. Now I am getting together a group here in Kansas City, MO to support each other for a week-long Juice Feast, then maybe the experience can inspire them to do longer JF's. It was still a wonderful life-changing experience for me.

I so enjoyed watching the video and hearing the testimonials it was awesome! I an nearing 30 days of my juice feast and I too am experiencing waves of energy/fatigue. However, it is amazing and I feel light and grateful in spirit.

WOW , good to c u all again. its about that time, juice time. im going for it again still have not done too well at it but i have all my stuff so i dont have to shop this year and wait for a juicer so i guess i am falling back into this at the right time. u all look great and the cafe looks yummy good, best of luck to u all especially katrina and davids new baby
