Global Juice Feast

According to Dr. Bernard Jensen, some foods are found to be dis-ease specific. That means if I have diabetes, and I am using raw foods to heal, I might get cravings for cucumber. I am writing this to get some input. Boy, I am so glad to have found juice feasting via www.naturalhealth.com. I started to feast on Feb. 26th, and am doing this to heal Hashimoto's which is a form of hypothyroidism. Well, I LOVE IT. Thank you David for getting the attention of the world. I live in Germany. And my husband joined me 2 days ago because he just got a diagnosis of Leukemia. I am devastated, but he is rather cool about it. Then again I have a B.S. in Nursing and worked for years on an oncology unit with isolation rooms. We got the leukemia patients, and now the doc is pressuring Hermann, my husband, to do the usual chem routine. I am appalled. Hermann started the juice feast 2 days ago, and like me, loves it. We are wondering which vegies are the best here. I know carrots detox, and beets for liver. I read on the net, which scared me a bit, that feasting/fasting for leukemia patients is a no-no because of not being able to get all the dirt off plants, and with a suppressed immune system, one could get sicker. SO far, Hermann has no or very little symptoms. AND check this out, we fasted back in 2003 for 6 weeks to heal his then stage 4 male breast cancer. All the docs gave him up cause Hermann would not do their therapy. He is still alive and THAT cancer has gone bye-bye. So I know that this stuff works. I would be so grateful for any input, which I do not take as advice, any views that are aired are not to be construed as medical advice. I know the AMA jumps on any claims of healing. I believe that each person must take responsibility for their own healing. I I would be most grateful for any constructive help..

Please please don't let those doctors scare you! They don't mind how many of their patients don't make it....they don't care to realize the harm they do......they live in a scary place where they think the path to healing is found with slashing and burning....poisoning, surgically removing body parts, irradiating etcetera? That to me is insanity. Just eat a healthy diet full of greens and lots of green juices......as well as the other healthy veggies like carrots, beets, etcetera. Get outdoors more....more sunshine, more exercise......more living in nature and natural ways....love light and healing!!!

Hermann has a much better chance only doing raw foods and natural healing than he ever ever ever would with the insane methods the doctors want him to try.

Hermann does not need to worry about the 'dirt' on vegetables, he does not need to worry about his intake other than to make it varied, green and also plenty of fruit as well. You do not need an instruction booklet, any detailed answers....just make your juices, drink them daily, see how you feel....if like some....Hermann feels something is missing if he is doing only juices (fats are sometimes very much needed by people with certain types of metabolisms...which cannot be defined as everyone is unique....only they know they need them....feel better when they have a certain amount...) there is no 'answer' to your question....not a set answer....as Hermann is a unique individual. He needs to listen to Hermann....to his body, to his mind to his soul......and do what feels right with what he knows....which isn't to mean you shouldn't get more info, read more, learn more....but just to apply it through what feels right to you. The great paradox of life....it is all so easy it is all so hard applies to everything....human bodies are amazingly complex things...the universe is...all of life is.....but living healthily, being healthy, is an amazingly simple thing. so keep it simple. Tis a gift to be simple tis a gift to be free......

love to you!

Hi Mjoy I think it was no accident that you, like me and others found this group of 'warriors/heros' to help guide your journey. From all the info I've been aware of in the treating of leukemia and other cancers chlorophyll is huge for treating all sorts of cancers. (See: www.aliveraw.com/Articles/Leukemia-White-blood-cell-count.aspx) Cancer loves sugar -even fruit sugar -it's the primary fuel for cancer. I'd stay far away from the sweet fruits and vegetables and go green, wheatgrass green. Chlorella too is high in chlorophyll and is being used to treat leukemia. (See www.herbs2000.com/disorders/leukemia.htm) I applaud your wanting to do the natural approach. Check out studies on this and that should help guide you both through this. Much *Love & Light* to you Both!

THANK YOU! I feel, so much, the love within the words shared, Carol and Alessandra.
I plan on doing wheat grass, fresh..ordered the material out of England. And I agree, that to be led by one's intuition and its intelligence is the key to healing. I bought fresh lemon grass today to juice, It is suppose to cause immature, undifferentiated cells to so-call die. This is called in medical-speak as apoptosis.
