Hey everyone, hope your enjoying the sunrays when they come. Anyone juice feasting? I've just started, I'm on day two, be great to know who else is feasting and how your getting on.

hello juicey friends, not many UK feasters, i'm lucky, i am doing it with my 22yr old daughter, she,s been raw vegan since may last year, turned over night when she discovered it. We started JF on 25thmarch, i have to confess that by the 4th day i had a cup of tea, next day eating a couple of sweets, it got harder and harder to stay straight. on day 18 i decided to start all over again, so now i say iv am at 17 +4 i feel more determind now and being better than ever.

does anyone have constipation? i have been blocked up for two days now, and i am pretty much going to go to the hospital tonight if it does not clear up, it is very painful, how can i prevent this in future? i drink alot of spinach and pine apple juice mixtues. but i don't always drink a gallon

Hi everyone. Joining the feast late but started early!! Went to try out just the idea of making juice on 25th Feb and as I did just carried on and to my surprise am still going! I've managed to listen to most of the Rainoshek's videos which are so inspiring but what with life and juicing haven't yet managed to get round to meeting you all. Not used to computer chat yet - I live in the dark ages! Bernice xx
