i've read about how to break the jfeast, and i know to eat organic/living nutrient-dense foods. but the chasm between knowing and doing seems mighty large right now. there's a psychological component i thought i had under control but now i'm not so sure i do. has anyone else grappled with this?
ya totally, im not there yet on my feast, but i read on how to break the jf, and let me tell u, there is definitely a psychological component attached. i think by just taking it one day at a time and follow what ur heart is telling u is very important around this time more so then any other time on the feast. judging by how beautifully you've kept blogging i dont think u will have any troubles. congrates, u r an inspiration to me and all us jfsters.
i appreciate you, erika. and i'll stick to the one day at a time, listening to my body all the way. like you said, the phase immediately following a jfeast is huge.

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
