Sample Emotional Statement Support:

SAMPLE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT STATEMENTS I USE FOR MYSELF:

TAKING SELF-RESPONSIBILITY:
I FORGIVE MYSELF FROM ACCEPTING AND ALLOWING MYSELF TO CRAVE FOR SOLID FOOD EVEN IF I DECIDED TO GO ON A JUICE FEAST.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE:
I RELEASE THESE THOUGHTS FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS FROM THE CELLS OF MY BODY RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW. SO BE IT AND SO IT IS.
SELF-DIRECTIVE:
I ACCEPT AND ALLOW MYSELF TO BE THE LIFE ESSENCE THAT I AM BY BEING CAUSE OVER MY FOOD CHOICES.
I ACCEPT AND ALLOW MYSELF TO BE THE LIFE ESSENSE THAT I AM BY DOING THINGS THAT ALIGN WITH MY PERSONAL TRUTH.

BREATHING EXERCISES I DO BEFORE SLEEPING AND AFTER I WAKE UP:
100 DEEP HEAVY, SLOW BREATHING AFTER WAKING UP
AND BEFORE GOING TO BED AT NIGHT , FIRST WITH CLOSED EYES THEN WITH OPEN EYES..

WHAT I DO TO FOCUS ON THE "NOTHINGNESS" PART OF ME DURING THE DAY IS
DO THE 3 COUNTS BREATHING, I COUNT 1-3 THEN, 3-1 SILENTLY EVEN WHEN I AM SPEAKING OR DOING THINGS. THIS METHOD MAKES ME AWARE OF ME, THE LIFE ESSENCE, RATHER THAN ON THE POLARITIES OF THINGS. LIFE THEN BECOMES SIMPLER. EVERYDAY LIFE BECOMES A FASCINATING EXPERIENCE OF SELF.

I ALSO DO YOGA EXERCISES, QI GONG AND SUNGAZING (INITIALLY 10 SECONDS).
THE KEY HERE IS I DO THEM AS MY SELF EXPRESSION RATHER THAN AS THINGS I HAVE TO DO TO GAIN SOMETHING. WHEN THEY BECOME MY SELF-EXPRESSION, THEY BECOME ONE AND EQUAL WITH ME AS THE LIFE ESSENCE AS ALL LIFE, NOT SEPARATE FROM ME. THIS WAY, I STILL ALIGN WITH MY TRUTH, I AM ALL AND ALL IS ME.

JUNE "AS ME AS YOU AS ALL LIFE"

hey Annika...or anyone...:o) how do you know if your candida is getting lighter? ive suspected i have a candida issue but am not for certain. my old colon therapist used to say she'd see it bubble out of me during the colonic (this was about a year ago). so... how do you know if you have candida... and how do you know if its getting lighter, or gone?
and annika...i am SO with you on the depression during this feast. oh my gosh, sometimes i feel so down it scares me. i just try to remember its temprary. gggrrrr!!

around 20 in days you will feel some release...be strong.this is critical stage, most ppl give up now, don't stop it, i pass all those levels and i know very well what tomorrow comes, try to focus and read your body, all this reaction comes from yourself and its good it comes out, that means you have lot of stuff to throw

Thanks Dimitri,
I have been thinking about drinking some broth. Homemade and organic of course. When I first started on raw foods a little over a year ago I detoxed so brutally I ended up in bed for a few days. I guess my body is either in a real hurry to get everything out or there is just so much junk in there.

I used to have arthritis so bad I couldn't walk before I became a vegetarian and just like when I started with raw foods I am experiencing these 15 minute incidents of arthritis. It actually makes me happy when I get one of those, even though I can't walk well for a few minutes, because it is such an obvious indication that toxins have been released in my body and are on their way out.

It's the depression that is difficult to deal with as part of this process. My family is starting to put pressure on me to eat solids again and since I am financially dependent on them until I find a job, it's putting quite a strain on me, but I really want to see this through!

annika day by day you will feel better...its the hard part right now...if you cannot stand it take some more thicker juice like soup or some nut milk...better those than break the feast..i know nut milk is not alkalive but it will work to full fill your desire for solid

garlic consider tamasic in yoga, toxic and change the temperature balance of the body, garlic consider as medicine and not as food

I have heard both sides of the garlic debate ranging from garlic being absolutely toxic and never meant for human consumption to drinking straight garlic juice on a regular basis. My family made the decision for me, they are so sick of me smelling like garlic that I am going to have to live without it for a while.

It seems that the Candida is getting lighter, I am thankful. I am still dealing with depression on a daily basis though. This is day 15, not feeling any better, unfortunately.

I don't know anyone in person who is supportive of me doing this juice feast which is a struggle for me, too. I need to shift gears a little since I cannot afford the fruits and veggies anymore. I'm thinking of going on the master cleanse lemonade for a while, at least until the wild greens start growing outside.

Good heavens woman cut back on the garlic! Garlic is really not something we are to eat, same with onions. The natural hygenists say if you can't sit down and make a meal of something don't eat it.

As much as I love garlic the combo in your smoothie would put me over the top. I like about two or three ingredients in my juice or smoothie. Right now I am doing strictly juices. I'm afraid that much garlic will throw you into major detox and you will lose interest in the feast.

Take it easy on yourself.

OMG I just started juice feasting today and I am now having a green juice made with callaloo or amaranth (This is similar to spinach), apples, carrots, a pear, and about 5 garlics. It is so potent, but I am having it diluted and though it is not the best tasting I feel amazing OMG. A burst of energy just serge through me and no I am not talking about that shot of energy you get after drink an energy drink. I am talking about pure, light weight energy OMG. It is amazing.
