Global Juice Feast

Releasing emotions is like stubbornly resisting the unknown right to the bitter end in favour of the old and familiar, and then breathing a sigh of relief afterwards while feeling lighter and wondering why you ever thought that, or didnt do it sooner. We live life times in our bodies but dont know half of the junk we store in it physically, emotionally or physiologically. Its sooooooo great finding out and catching longer glimpses of who we always suspected we were behind some self imposed and limiting beliefs.
As the universe can be our teacher, its lessons can be found in every living being and event, so we dont have to be islands in the sea, lets walk the mainland and meet!

Alternative ways of dealing with emotions (tried and tested)

Put pen to paper and write, draw, scribble, create a poem, open a window inside so the pent up energy can get some airing! Acknowledgement is presence, to be present is to find the calm within the storm. Then things have a way of dissipating......

When the craving for excess food screams out, the desire to purge, skip food or escape, when the going gets tough, write it, sing it or cry it, so its out there, not in here! Then more space is created for more joy and more of us can fit in to each others hearts.

Anyone know some more alternatives to using food? x

I love that !!!! I took my dogs for a walk this morning in the woods, for the first time in weeks. Did a little jogging. I need to move, move like ths MOTHER does . So much is happpening so fast It wonderful but scarey, The old friend is dieing, but it realy was not a friend at all. It wanted me to stay dead... walking dead... nomore . I was singiing to my animal on Sunday. That I ALIVE I ALIVE I I ALIVE.. yeaaa!!!!!!! Blogging helps me .. reading what you and everyone else blog is so great.. I love it ... more spaace is created for more joy..... hearts YES to LIFE

Thats great! youve reminded me of what i need to do - run!
getting some energy moving will be a good release. Have no dogs but will take myself for a walk and a jog tomorrow before work and enjoy how it feels.
Im lucky to live by the sea with the fresh sea air and miles of coast line to gaze into so will use that as my meditation in the morning. Run run run!

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I. David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life. You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
