Having a Hard Time Getting that Hemp Oil Down?
I remember Heidi trying over and over again to find different ways to get the hemp oil down in her juices. One of the biggest problems she found, was that because of the consistency and weight, it would not mix with the juice.
It was all or nothing.
Well, it's quite easy for us Modified Juice Feasters: Stick it in a smoothie!
I love flax oil in my smoothies, so adding hemp oil was equally easy and tasty. It tastes amazing with banana-based smoothies, especially green smoothies.
Problem solved!
