Share 'Winter on East Coast - not able to compost pulp!!!!'

What is everyone else doing with their pulp during the winter? My compost turning bin is frozen, can't get into it....to add all this precious stuff.... Any suggestions? Used to make dehydrated crackers, but don't want to be too tempted yet. I guess I can freeze 'em...has anyone done that? Your thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
