Blast! Thwarted before I even begin!
So, my 92 day Juice Feast didn't go off with a bang unfortunately......
Woke up with a killer migraine...completely out of left field.....was ill most of the day...
Did manage to drink mostly "juice" although it was "Naked" and flash pasteurized so it doesn't really count.
Oh well.....tomorrow is another day, and I'm determined to greet it head on......

Introductions.....
Hello all! Glad to be here! I am starting the 92 Day Juice Feast tomorrow, and I"m very excited, and for some reason nervous as well...not sure why.
I"m hoping to be able to use this website as a tool to connect with others and share experiences etc....basically the same reason we are all here!
Well, I"m turning in as I have to get up a little earlier tomorrow to begin my juicing experience.....yay!
Looking forward to meeting you all....

You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
