I prefer to chew my food very well and drink fluids before or after meals. This way my food is processed and I don't risk food entering the colon which causes flatulence! And boy do I hate those embarrassing moments!

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
I am looking for weight loss, a boost in overall health and well-being.

Today is "Canada's birthday," July 1, 1867.
"Canada Day thus differs from Independence Day celebrations in some other countries in that it does not commemorate a militant assertion of political self-determination, but rather recognizes one of the major milestones of the long and peaceful political process which formed the modern nation of Canada."

Day 70 June 21 Happy Father's Day! Another great milestone for me as I reach Day 70 in my fast. I feel incredible. The best that I have ever felt in a very long time. I weigh 85kg(187.39) and I have lost a total of 28kg(61.73lbs) since I started. I continue to receive wonderful health benefits that amaze me everyday. Peace!

Day 55 Hello all! Last night Texas Creed put on a great show at daBoon with a packed audience. Great fun and lots of music all night long. Just checked the scale this morning and reached a new milestone, 50lbs lost in 55days!! Wow! Dynamite! Damn!

Day 50 Mireuk Mountain Excursion Sunday was a wonderful day for a hike up Mireuk Mountain. Locate close to Iksan South Korea makes for an ideal quick hike. My first hike took roughly one hour and fifty minutes. Yesterday it took only one hour and twenty minutes to climb the small mountain. What a wonderful way to get exercise and reach overweight status according to BMI rating.

Day 41: I continue to feel the benefits of a wonderful juice feast. Day 0 Weight: 113kg 249.12lbs Blood pressure: 117 83 48 pre-hypertension Blood sugar: 100 BMI: 36 Obese Level 2 Waist line: 44 inches DAY 41 Weight: 96.8kg 213.4lbs -1.10 total loss: 16.2kg 35.71lbs Blood pressure: 104 65 43 normal Blood sugar: 83 BMI: 31.5 Obese level 1(close to overweight)

Day 36: I had a wonderful week at Jeju Island. I discovered an island that has so much to offer: Hiking Halla Mountain, Swimming the many beaches, riding a mountain bike around the areas, Scuba or snorkeling islets, finding museums of all kinds, balloon rides in the sky, and so much more. The bonus part of all this mini vacation is I have lost a total weight of 32lbs in 36 days!

Day 32: I am a firm believer in Juice Feasting the miracle drink that can produce amazing results. Currently, I am on holidays on Jeju Island, and in the past, I never got up at 6am without an alarm clock. Well, even after a long day of hiking or biking, I am awake - 6am! This endless energy continues to be present even after a long day of exercise.
