- I'm a raw food teacher interested in educating others how they can improve their diets/life by introducing Raw food into their current food choices. 7 years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis throughout my whole body and told I would be crippled and bedridden within a year. I changed my diet to a raw food diet, and my life changed.
