DAY 1 Wohoo!
Wow! Today IS the first day of March 2008
When I embarked on the journey to gain total control of my health it was December 8 last year. I have been overweight, constipated and addicted to sugar most of my life. During these past few months I have acquired rich knowledge and experimented with many new foods, exercises and detoxes which have all contributed to activating my digestive system and losing 10 pounds.
