I am very impressed with the juicefeast.com and am very excited about being part of this global juice feast. At the moment, I'm doing a 30-day green smoothie program within the Raw Fu 100-day challenge and then joining juice-feasting on the March start-up date.
There are not enough centers in existence to assist in detoxifying all us folks who need it. The Juice Feast site and expertise I've discovered here is a viable way for you and I and anyone who wishes pretty much, to exceed their highest expectations in a full detox and life changing health-building program.
Whether it's weight loss or recovery from a SAD-induced chronic degenerative disease, there are coaches and a science behind YOU!
I'm here for support and to support others. I'm here to invite my family, friends, clients and acquaintences to follow me, challenge me and to challenge yourselves to find out just how good you can feel body, mind and soul.
With the addition of large quantities or nutrient-dense fresh raw juices and incorporating a few internal hygiene techniques, this program makes it possible to continue one's daily responsibilities. Coaches and mentoring are available.
My goal is to participate in the 92-day Juice Feast beginning in March. At this time (Jan 3.) I am still transitioning with a green smoothie addition each day along with higher proportions of raw and living vegan foods to my daily habits. (I still make room for sushi out with family and am tapering off black coffee, yikes!)
What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
Integration and self-actualization, clarity of mind, personal power and leadership balance. I'm looking to lift out of a sense of hopelessness and choose planetary healing one more time.
I'm looking to keep up the good fight and be part of the solution. I'm looking to share what I've discovered so far--that nature does indeed heal.
In a Relationship
Where are you on the dietary spectrum?
Interests (Beyond Nutrition)
I checked whole foods but with emphasis on raw vegan.
I'm high raw and vegan with the exception of my sushi vice and black coffee vice.

Yep its true I've enjoyed another fast. I decided after my initial 92+ days to make this a yearly mind, body spirit resting ritual.Don't know if I will ever go as long or longer but short - mid fasts are definitely now apart of my lifestyle. The benefits are endless and my intentions in the near future is to completely rest and relax during my fast (no phone, work, completely surrounded only by other fasters in nature etc.) It's a great time of healing and a lot of emotions, ideas etc arise…See More
