"...Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." --Marianne Williamson

Juice Feast Complete - for Now

I decided to break my juice feast on Wed, March 19. I completed 24 days of juice feasting and this has been a great experience for me! There were several things that I took into consideration for this, one of which is that I will be juice feasting again this summer - when I have lots of fresh produce out of my garden to juice!
Then I will be able to have lots of greens for all the green juices!

I'm looking forward to another feast and am going to continue on mostly vegetables for awhile to cont… Continue

DAY 21 - My first goal!

My original goal (before I heard about JF) was to do juice for 21 days! I'm so excited to have accomplished this! I will be setting my goal for another 7 days - and go from there each week! I'm adding the spirolina and chlorella as supplements to my plan today. So far, this has been a great experience!

CONNECTED/GROUNDED - DAY 17

Day 17 - I felt connected and grounded today - like a whole person and not fragmented like I have forever.
I also had quite a few smelling sensations today - along with tasting my blue green algae supplement -(no wonder my kids have told me they didn't want to drink it plain!) It is so great to feel this calm and whole!

Flexibility - DAY 16

Day 16 - I have been rebounding, dancing and toning. I have noticed that it is easier to stretch the last couple of days and although I have always been quite flexible, my flexibility has increased remarkably. I've had a couple of times the last couple of days when food sounded good - I hadn't really had any thoughts like that up till now. They came & went quickly & I am determined to continue.

SPRING FEELINGS IN WINTER - DAY 14

Today has been 2 weeks on my JF and I felt great! I felt really calm and light and like a SPRING DAY!
That says a lot here in MN where the temp was only in the 20's. I have 10 less pounds I am carrying around also! The adventure continues.....

Dani,

You asked how long I have been a raw food chef - answer is - I was introduced to the raw food lifestyle last July and after understanding and personally experiencing all the benefits, enrolled in Alissa Cohen's Levels 1,2, and 3 programs. I completed the training in January and have been teaching and giving demonstrations since. I love this stuff! The harder challenge for me is working this into my prior to raw lifestyle with my family - all of which like some of the recipes, most of them actually, but are not raw foodists or have any long term interest in becoming raw. I think the 92 juice fast will help me on my personal journey and will strengthen my foundation to stay raw.

As far as the newsletter - go to www.tinamarie.com to subscribe or www.ohchealth.com. I also have blog for my practice located at www.tinamarieblog.com that I post regular info to including info from my weekly radio show. Keep in touch! - Tina Marie

Dani,
That's great to hear! I'm on my 3rd day and going strong. I'm not up to 4 quarts a day yet but hopefully I will be " up to par" by this weekend. Have a great day!

Hi Dani!
When I reply to your comment, do I click on your name? Or do you see it where you posted the comment? I'm not sure how this work!
Anyway, in case you did not see it on my site, I replied: "Thanks! I'll need a good dose of that!
Anybody know where I can find a bottle of self-discipline in capsule form? How about perseverance?"

Hi Dani,
Thanks for writing. I am just checking into this, I'm not sure that I can handle this, but I reall want to lose weight and want the health benifits. I'm tired of feeling tired. What kind of juicer do you use? I don't have one yet. How did you find out about juice feasting?
Thanks,
MJ
