Looks like some of you guys have your blog streaming into this site. I'll have to try and figure out how to do that.
I thought rebounding would be easy, but the first day I could hardly do a minute! Using some muscles I forgot I had!
The great thing about it is that with some music blasting it is actually fun, and you can invent all kinds of different moves on it.
Because it is not an hour long, I'm more likely to do it, or give a few jumps on my way somewhere.
I am building up endurance, and...its a great place to practice Kegels too!!!
