- I am a Holistic Health and Juice Feasting Coach, originally from London England. I am a mother of 2 adorable little boys Darius 7 and Kyro 5. I am also the coordinator of a Raw Food and Juice Feasting Meet-up Group in Montclair, New Jersey USA. I have been Juice Feasting since January 31st. and I am loving it.

- I am taking a holistic approach to Juice Feasting as I believe that what you eat and drink becomes who you are. So for me, I expected weight loss, increased flexibility, increased spiritual connection, clarity of thoughts, transformed relationships and discovery of life purpose. High expectations I know but as the saying goes "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars".

You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.

No I am not juice feasting right now. I ended my feast back in March and am now a Juice Feasting Coach. I am thinking about doing another one in a few months. Congrats on day 18, I remember that I felt really good at that point. Keep on juicing the best is yet to come.
