The key to winning this food battle for me anyway is never give up. No matter how many times I get knocked down, I'll keep getting up.

I like your blog. You look so young for a grandpa. Must have something to do with your diet and lifestyle. I see you live in paradise valley. I visited there once with my wife just after we got married. We went to a religious seminar/retreat in the summer for a week or so. We had a great time and even got to catch a ton of trout in the Yellowstone River. We loved Gardiner and Bozeman too.
Yeah, Ron Paul is my homie. I have really worked hard and donated a lot of time/money for his campaign for president within the last year. I have sent out 1000s of DVDs, trying to spread the message. I especially like his stance on health freedom. My daughter and I were both delegates for Ron Paul.

Thanks again for your kind words of support. 9 kids. Wow! I envy you.

Ah nasty flu - hope the family's on the road to recovery now.
And yes, people are starting to notice the physical change. A friend of mine looked me over recently and asked if I'd had a hair cut! My belt buckle has changed from hole #1 to hole #4, and I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear for 4 years. Will have to post a new photo up soon because this one was taken about 2 months ago and doesn't even feel like me anymore.
Your holiday is coming up - bon voyage and have a wonderful time with your lovely family.
Best wishes
xx Lisa

Hi Ian,
Thanks so much for your comments. You are SO right about the "addiction" aspect of all this. Comparing it to heroin, or any other addiction is so accurate. I will have to check out some of David Jubb's stuff. I believe I started a book written by him and Annie a few years ago, but can't remember the name of it. Obviously I never finished it and didn't get to the good stuff! :)

All the best to you!

Hi Ian,
Thanks for adding me and for checking out our Got Greens link. Obviously it's not complete. My husband and I are passionate about spreading the word about drinking greens and creating community around that. We are starting an on-line business around it, but the true goal is to just spread the news. Yes, we came up with the name, logo, slogan...Inspired by our incredible son who is hooked on greens!
