- forgive me for answering your mail so late but I'm in and out sometime I have to deal with myself on the other level of understanding. Maybe what I said doesn't make sense allow me to clarify I was involved in the viet nam war as an infantry soldier and for 1 year I fought in the jungles and witnessed horrific things. Sometimes I don't think I ever came home or a part of me is still in the jungles,I'm not trying to be weird just expressing my viewpoints. Yes I suffer from post tramatic stress disorder do I think I am a spiritual person NO my life as been filled with to much drama. Am I trying to evolve to be a spiritual man, most definitely it was during my sojourn in viet nam that i first became aware of my spiritual self now that is another story that I want go into now. I see that you have tried an extended juicefeast did it help you to contact your spiritual self? What is the longest time you have been on a feast? Does being on a feast help your writing? I like to embark on a professinon of travel writing but I need to keep these ghosts at bay. I hope you have a sense of humor oh yes i'm starting on a juicefeast starting Sat. Nov 7,2009 I may ask for advice If that is ok. Look forward to hearing from you
