I wrote on my blog about the first Raw Foods class I got to teach last saturday. And this was an awsome experience for me, but I forgot to write about my juice feast! It is all going great as usual, I did a mini-fast-within-the-feast of 4 days of just grapefruit juice to get rid of a little leftover cellulite as recommended on Eating for Beauty, and I loved the simplicity of mono-juicing, but tomorrow I get back… Continue

We have been loving the Jasmuheen videos, somehow we missed seeing her speak at Raw Spirit but we have been feeling so wonderful practicing her love meditation: the heart as a nose, breathing in love, and then breathing back love in to your body!! I really think it is helping David and I to keep our weight on....amazing, beautiful stuff.
