What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
I feel like I need to do something besides work on a computer. I just don't know what I want to do next. I'm hoping the juice feast will give me some clarity. I also am just curious to see where it takes me physically and emotionally. It's the next adventure!

Juicy Day 68

It's a day to praise the lovely watermelon! I got a great melon at Fiesta market the other day. The check out lady said "Ohhh that's a good melon". I was relieved, because I still don't really know how to pick out a good one and I was hoping she was right. I've had crappy watermelons all year. I guess all the extra rain we had ruined the crops. Anyhow, this morning I cracked it open (and I mean cracked). I poked the knife in and it popped, just like a good melon should. Yay! I think it was the j… Continue

Day 40

Wow! I made it to day 40. Yay for me. Today was very productive. I did get my kitchen all cleaned up and went and got some new rugs. Didn't get the closet done. Maybe I will do that tomorrow.

I visited your blog and read your 11 statements and I think the juice feast definitely had an impact on your being. You have grown, I suppose.

I just noticed the similarity of the colors of mangos, and the Rasta colors...

Yeah... my geo skills?!? BUT! there is the strong SBC influence here... in FT.Dub anyway.
A few years ago...(maybe 3), I was hangin out with my teen son and doing work up there, I lived in Princeton, across the lake...Right off Parker... That's when bicycling on water was a concept... That town has one of the best Indian eateries...( also off Parker, I think ;~} They cater to my vegan madness with grace. When you are done with the JF ya oughta try it!
Good to know ya neighbor! Keep up the vigil...I heard ya waneing in your blog. I have veered, a few times but not far, or long... I adjust and continue, otherwise I'd blow it off. I have mad huge progress in my mental posture, and how I view food, because of the knowlege gained on this GJF. I know I will incorporate juice-ing regularly in my path. Just reading the way folks work it out, flesh it out, and stumble around in the philosophy...makes the experiment even better, and a lot more reachable for the rest of us.
Keep on Bloggin!

How do you feel?
Did you have any cold symptom yet? I'm on my 42nd day and had one last week starting Tuesday and lasted until Friday (yesterday). I am just curious if it could be part of detoxification. I know that did not last long for me, and I do belive the juices are powerful tool.
Have a great Sunday!
