- I have always been interested in a nutritional approach to health, long life, and energy. For nine years I have suffered the effects of an autoimmune disease, RA and have tried numerous approaches to end the agony and pain of the disease. I have even taken some of the disease modifying drugs, but not been able to rid my body of the disease.

I am not doing too good. My pain of RA is so bad that I can not prepare juices all the time. I am approaching returning to my RA Doctor to get medicine for the pain. I am so glad that you are doing well and are commited to a raw vegan diet. Hopefully, it will provide what you need to stay healthy and enjoy running with that beautiful dog of yours.
How are you doing? Are you still doing the juice feasting?
