Hello to all. I just wanted to know how important is it really to use organic foods? The price of organic foods have been a real deterrent for me. I know that there are certain foods where it doesn't really matter whether or not they're "organic" mainly because they have a hard exterior. Foods such as avocados for example. But anyways being that it's spring, I just want to get started. So what do you all think? Will using inorganic vegetables prevent the healing process from taking place?See More
"If you explore the juicefeasting.com site rather then this site globaljuicefeasting..com you will find all the answers to your questions very clearly. What to juice, recipes, how to get off of it ect. Enemas are vital to this, people do fasts…"
I finally got my Vita-Mix in and I am so excited to start my 92 day feast!!! But as the saying goes "those who fail to plan, plan to fail" so I want to make sure that I know what I am doing first. From my research so far it seems that the enema and the juicing itself are two priorities on a feast although I already know that an enema is only recommended and not required. I plant get an enema kit this week and hopefully I'll get the hang of it being that I've never tried one before.Anyways, I…See More
"Ok so the deal has been done. I suggest this for anyone who may not have the full amount upfront for a Vitamix and can definitely make the other payments down the line with no problem. My first payment today was $194 with two more payments of $97…"
"Well I've made the decision to just go with the best and get a Vitamix. I found out that you can set up a payment plan on a reconditioned 5000 model. Basically, I only pay half the price of 349.99 + $15 set up fee, + taxes. I will just pay it…"
"Or actually, I could just go ahead and shell out a few extra bucks more for a used Vitamix 3600. It's an older discontinued model which means that if it breaks down them I would have to buy a new one as they no longer make parts for this model."
"Thanks Dreamsaper. That's a bit disappointing to hear about the Jack Lalanne but at the same time I want to have a successful juice feast with maximum results. I will keep searching Ebay though it's tough competition when making bids.…"
"I have brought up this question before. Yes, the Jack Lalanne blender works and does the trick. Does it do it well, no not really. Vitamixes tend to hold their value much longer then the k-techs though. I was totally broke and on a budget and I…"
Well I was thinking that I would go with the best and get a Refurbiushed Vitamix for my first juice feast, but it seem like more and more expenses keep comming up which is causing me to hold off.I've known about this program for almost a year now and have yet to take any action and my health isn't getting any better so I really need to do something. I've heard about the Jack Lalanne Health Master blender being somewhat comparable to the Vitamix. The price is defintely right being only $150, but…See More
"This is also a concern of mine. I am already 133 lbs with barely any muscle mass. I eventually want to put on more weight through using hemp protein or any other type of healthy weight gaining products, but I plan to do so after my juice feast. Can…"
I read your post and though I am not an expert - I have an opinion about juice feasting. It is a powerful way to detoxify - yet can be tricky. You want to make sure that you are releasing the toxins that you awaken through the feasting. In…"
Let's say for instance if the doctor told you that you only had a few months to live due to some serious disease, and there is nothing more they could do. Let's say that under these circumstances one wants to try and save themselves(God willing of course)What would be the best way to go about juice feasting. I'm talking about pulling out all the stops here. Forget about whether or not one is comfortable drinking a certain type of juice. Comfort is not an issue because this is pretty much life…See More
Yep its true I've enjoyed another fast. I decided after my initial 92+ days to make this a yearly mind, body spirit resting ritual.Don't know if I will ever go as long or longer but short - mid fasts are definitely now apart of my lifestyle. The benefits are endless and my intentions in the near future is to completely rest and relax during my fast (no phone, work, completely surrounded only by other fasters in nature etc.) It's a great time of healing and a lot of emotions, ideas etc arise…See More
