Great to hear from you! Ive been thinking alot about the modified juice feast you have chosen for your self since i read your message on my way out earlier and its making more and more sense to me as my one meal a day is expanding in to two meals in one sitting so just feeling like i want a complete break from normal meals. Ive adjusted to swapping two meals for juices so im sure ill get use to doing that with the third but smoothies sound like a perrrrrrrrfect way of transitioning and very tastey.
Wow so youve been detoxing and riding the peaks and dips through. Im inspired by the fact that you are on your own there, attending uni while unwell and being positive about your experiences while open to idea of going 100% juice.
There are more of us in Bournemouth, when you visit Poole please come by! Just t up date you, there are about 11 people with various levels of raw intake but all inspired by the effects the diet is having on our lifes. Having first bring a dish gathering in a few weeks, and friend from New Forest is holding a raw food prep day for people starting out in 2 weeks. I travel to london for gatherings. Its great meeting people who have been doing this for years.
I was 70% raw for 4 months, and ive been 100% for 7 weeks and its got soooooo much easier.
Cant help on green juice front, i love everything green at the moment but tastes even better with lemon, lime, ginger or cayanne pepper- tomatoes in green juice is gross......
Think i may be joining you on smoothy modification soon!
Big love, Juice feasting brother, hope your feeling powered up soon!
