- What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
- During my Juice Feasting journey, I expect to experience the joys of mental clarity and increased focus. I plan to use this opportunity to break from solid foods and gain deeper insight into Self without the distraction of toxic foods. I pray for deeper meditation sessions, and increased prayer work for proper alignment of the tri-dimensional self. I hope to release toxins, shrink fat cells and feel lighter on my feet. I hope to have increased energy and curve mood/emotional swings, to be more consistent in my outlook and direction. Looking forward to the balanced Me, a beaming ray of light emitting positive, loving energy.

- I enjoy a challenge and look forward to the blessed journey and unique experiences the Juice Feast will provide. I've lost 130 lbs and have been able to accomplish some amazing things post weight loss (ran my first marathon, teach kids in my community the creative sport of double dutch jump rope, appeared in Oxygen Women's Fitness magazine...). Since the weight loss, however, I reignited some "old" behaviors which has resulted in some weight gain that needs to be addressed. Passionate about Island travel and love hiking, running, kickboxing, double dutch/jumping rope, belly dancing, bowling, playing spades, and spoiling myself with spa dates (massage, bodywraps, exfoliation, etc.). LOVE the Caribbean and its mystic. I also have Bora Nui Resort in the French Polynesia on my "to do" list..looking forward to that!
