Hi to all. Am very happy to be here and beginning to feast with everyone. I've known about Juice Feasting for about one year now and the information has just been ruminating around in my brain and being all this time and for the last couple of months especially, so I will pay attention to this impulse and with good intention, grace, and the support of everyone I hope to complete the full fast. I live with my partner of 22 years and our two young sons. We have been very blessed in our lives with much love and good health. Have always been into health/healing and wellbeing. Currently am taking a sabatical from work (outside of mom duties and spiritual practice), which for me i am needing to honor as my work for this time.Looking forward to getting to know everyone. All good things to everyone and much strength for the journey. LOVE.
I like to say i live in the trees in New Hampshire. Love the ease of this place -but still after all these years firmly believe in not developing a fond relationship with the cold weather :) -
What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
My impulse to start this fast occured for me after a monumental event in my life. My spiritual teacher recently took His Divine Mahasamdhi (left his physical body) very suddenly in late November. This has triggered major shifts in my life and consciousness. I am wanting to honor Him and His many gifts to me and my family over the last 18 years of life. For my body/being I intend/pray to release old emotional patterns, relationship to food and nurturing as a whole, and build a stronger physical, emotional and spiritual foundation for living and serving throughout the rest of my lifetime - for however long that maybe. I also lost my mom very suddenly 2 1/2 years ago, so for me the issue of death, lifes fragility and the necessity to LIVE LOVE BE each day has been fully upon me.

In the question above, I am a moving toward Raw/Vegan, but it's been an up and down road for me. Again going back to my food/nurturing/emotional-sexual issues.
The Incarnation of Love, Divine Distraction, The Knew of Listening, The Red Tent, many books on raw/living food/fasting. My current read is "The Live Food Factor" strongly recommend to all interested in Raw and Natural Hygiene.

Yo gal! Preesh the tag... I scoped out yer page... your noble intent is felt... It's a tough road bein all raw in the north... I live in MA 1/2 the year, and Texas and other placs for the rest. I struggle hard with my choice, when I am up there. My ppl make it easy. I am pretty much a traveling monk. I have no affiliation to any one belief system... and hail up all beliefs, so my circles are large. I love, more than anything to interact with souls, endeavoring through their inheritance(themselves) to express, that which so deeply moves them.
My heart felt condolence to you, on your loss of your special friend. I hope the investment left with you, benefits all in your path.

Yep its true I've enjoyed another fast. I decided after my initial 92+ days to make this a yearly mind, body spirit resting ritual.Don't know if I will ever go as long or longer but short - mid fasts are definitely now apart of my lifestyle. The benefits are endless and my intentions in the near future is to completely rest and relax during my fast (no phone, work, completely surrounded only by other fasters in nature etc.) It's a great time of healing and a lot of emotions, ideas etc arise…See More
"Hello! Substitutions are great try celery hearts, cucumber and any greens a variety is best. Tomatoes, bell pepper are a nice addition. Coconut water is tasty as a treat minus the meat. Hope this helps"
