What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
While juice feasting, I enjoyed an expansiveness and higher levels of consciousness. It felt great to finish knocking some old cobwebs out, physically and emotionally. Still working towards achieving my body's perfect weight, and already enjoying being back to juicing ull time once again!

Hey Penni, I'm gearing up to start March 1st. I've felt the urge to juice on and off for the past 2 or 3 months and when I heard about this, well, it seemed like the right time, with the support of hundreds of people all over the globe. Awesome! Hey gorgeous, last night I devised my shopping list for the feast. Also having juice for lunch instead of pasta yuck, feel better already so excited for next 90 days, we should plan our nyc trip as a reward in June. Unless I come home sooner, looking and praying for clarity hopefully the juice feast will help. Get my laptop tonight so I will be able to communicate more. Ciao bella xoxo muah!
Yep its true I've enjoyed another fast. I decided after my initial 92+ days to make this a yearly mind, body spirit resting ritual.Don't know if I will ever go as long or longer but short - mid fasts are definitely now apart of my lifestyle. The benefits are endless and my intentions in the near future is to completely rest and relax during my fast (no phone, work, completely surrounded only by other fasters in nature etc.) It's a great time of healing and a lot of emotions, ideas etc arise…See More
"Hello! Substitutions are great try celery hearts, cucumber and any greens a variety is best. Tomatoes, bell pepper are a nice addition. Coconut water is tasty as a treat minus the meat. Hope this helps"
