I've been on the raw food path since 2000, and have attended lots of lectures and retreats by Gabrielle Cousins, David Wolfe, Doug Graham, Brian Clement, and others and have been 100% for a time, now around 75%. I think it's wonderful to juice on green juices as the body needs to get rid of toxins from cooked foods and the environment.

What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
As I remember from my past juicing experiences, shifts in relationships with people changed a great deal. I found that things (stuff) weren't as important to me as much as my health and spiritual life. It was at that time that I downsized considerably and was ready to move to Hawaii or a more temperate climate.

We are at the Grand Court Retirement Center at 107th and Wornall Road on Saturdays from 10:00am until 1:00pm throughout the year. I may be back at KCOrganics in Minor Park in May, but not sure yet. Either way I will still have stuff at Grand Court.
