Grants Pass is about 4 hours from Portland. It is 55 miles past the California border. I moved here from Southern California and love it. I work at home as a graphic artist so although I don't have a bunch of free time because I work all day I am home to make my juice which is cool. I started this morning and I think your idea of mini goals is definitely the way to go. I use a juicer (champion) for my vegetable juices and was going to use my vita mix for my fruit juice (with the exception of watermelon juice which I use the juicer for because that way I can juice the Rhine). I have read mixed opinion on that because of removing the fiber or not. What do you think? How did your first day go yesterday? What kind of juices do you have. I had green lemonade for breakfast which I make in the juicer with spinach, kale, lemon and apple. It is really good. I was planning on having some watermelon juice later today and maybe a glass of orange-pineapple for lunch and then another green lemonade for dinner. Well off to ride the elliptical and then back to work. Have a great day juicing!
How funny I live in Grants Pass, Oregon. Not that far from you. OK, you have inspired me and I am restarting my juice feast first thing in the morning. Have you started yet? Maybe we could be juicing buddies. ;)
Dear Johnny,
Have you thought about Dr. Gabriel Cousens at The Tree of Life in Patagonia, Arizona? I know that's not in Cal, but after going there they do phone consults as follow ups. Gabriel has written many books on Live and Whole Food Nutrition…

I lost 15 pounds after suffering from a long period of nausea and headaches which were resolved by adopting a largely raw food diet. However, I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back -- and I was thin to begin with. I intuitively feel a juice fa…
Welcome to the Juice Feasting Japan group! Anyone is welcome to join. It is all about supporting each other in our quest to reacher or ultimate, highest selves. Whether you are in Japan or there at heart.
Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
