What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
When I began the feast I was looking to end the pattern of emotional eating that had gone on for as long as I can remember. Now I realize that it is about letting go of attachments- to looking, being, speaking, living in a particular way- to trying to be good, right, healthy...not that I don't want to be healthy, because I do. I guess what I am realizing is that I AM HEALTHY! And the transformation that this juice feast is bringing is shifting my perspective from "something's wrong", to "I am so grateful for all that is wonderful- right here and now".

Hi Savrah yes I am on day 9 and feeling very proud of myself. I am waiting for the energy to kick in.
Tell me about your juice feast. When did your energy kick in. Did you experience the high "jesusy" feelings?
LOVE KIM
Thank you for sending love! I need it sometimes... No, i havent seen Junebug.... is it good? I will check out your blog... its getting good reviews... :)
Hi Savrah .. Glad you are back with us posting again! Day 8 and feeling great! My mom and my daughter joined me, so it is soooo cool that we can all be in co-resonance, because this JF is sure shifting us on many levels, and bringing us much closer. I am very grateful for this process .... which opens the heart .... to compassion for self and others. I'm down 5 lbs and feeling very little detox symptoms except for aching legs sometimes as stuff is loosened. What a fantastic opportunity to reset our bodies and heal our intestines from years of un-enlightened eating. I'm walking daily but other than that, taking it very easy. sending love and light, kyra
Hi Savrah, discovered yr blog tonight read it in 1 sitting, so eloquent and beautifully written.

Dear savrah ... i love reading your wonderful blog .... many of us are going thru the whole release of addictions thing .... i've been researching about the connection with the opioid receptors, the grain connection, the leaky gut connection, and how we are in this cyclic pattern within our own bodies (our gut leaks the undigested poison that causes our brain to get high, and then we eat more grains, that leaks out more of this substance into the blood, travels to our brain...and on and on ) ... so many people suffer from this .... it is for sure, just like a junkie until the moment of grace when we rise from it and re-invent ourselves in our light bodies, feasting on liquid light .... best to you! kyra
