I tried the nut milk bags today, and had a frothy like smoothie! it was good! I am finding that if I hide some of the smaller greens- like parsley or cilantro in a wrapped up romaine leaf, in my Jack LaL. they go through.

i use my wheatgrass juicer on them. it takes a lot longer but the pulp seems pretty dry. You can get a decent handcranked one for under $50. the nutmylk bag technique seems to work brilliantly too.
after 2 weeks total weight loss is 11 lbs, yay!
If you cannot get greens through your juicer I would suggest make all the rest of the juice, put that and the greens in the blender and after blending squeeze through a nutmilk bag. And know that cheesecloth does not work.

Well, here I am on the eve of my first Juice Feast and I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. Who would have thought not eating could get me so excited! I am trying not to look ahead to what I have in front of me and live in the now - one day at a time.
