Day 10 and I am ready to do it again!
I am starting day 10 today! I feel good. I still have plenty of energy. I am beginning vacation through the remainder of the week. I have company in town. She does not know I am doing the juice feast, so I am interested to see how we are going to tackle the food all week. Whether she will have to cook for herself, what will happen if we go to a restaurants, etc. If anyone has any tips, I would greatly appreciate it!!!???

Day 9 and feeling fine!
Today is day nine and I am feeling fine!!! It is a great day! My awarenes is opening up. When I was driving into work, I noticed things that I normally have not noticed. For example (silly I know, but bare with me) how many pot holes there are in the rode, the posture in which people where walking, how many street lights were out, etc. Things that I see everyday on the same route, but I was finally aware and noticed. Day 8 started out great!
Day 8... didn't end up to great... I didn't fall of the wagon, but boy o' boy did I have cravings that night!!! I just wanted something to chew on. I was tired of the juices I had. My friend had a great suggestion of mixing the types of juices I had to make a different flavor. By that time it was late and time for me to go to sleep. I did the recommendation on Day 9 however!!! Day 7 and I was in heaven!
I started the day out not so good. I was in heaven when I work up! Felt great. I knew the day was going to go well because I pre-juiced. However, one of my juices went bad. So instead of starting the day out with a quart of juice, I only started out with 16oz. Needless to say I was rushing to catch up on my juices and I was dragging all day. Day 6 and I am ready for my juice fix!
Day 6 was easy peezy! I was able to sail through the day. That night I prepared to be away for the weekend. So, I got pre-juiced. I had all of my juice in 16 oz bottles. I know I will need between 5-6 bottles a day. I am rearing and ready to go!!!
