Yes, it is a delicate tapestry of pure magic that welcomes us to each new and refreshed day if we allow it. Incredible what limitless joy can be extracted from every cell and moment.

I feel blessed to have discovered this ever expanding community of support and love. Thank you for your shining being.

I just got back on track with the food of pure life force energy at the beginning of this month. It feels wonderful. I am almost ready to begin a juicing journey...just taking it slow as I've had a lot of issues with binge eating and such over the years, and don't want to upset the balance again.
This time feels so open though. The timing feels perfect to surrender to the flow of the universe and submerge my self in a stream of crisp mountain water and fragrant petals. mmmmm.

So much strength and love to you on this ever evolving adventure. I hope your days of dis balance have settled down. I completely understand the feelings of a food whirlwind! Just remember to breathe and listen. Our bodies tell all.
