Hello JF community,

Hello everyone,
Hope you can help. It is Day 29 of the JF and I have not had a bowel movement without the assistance of an enema since day 3. Is anyone else having this same issue? What are you doing about it? hello everyone,
So, it's day 2 for me and it's not going so well. I'm not hungry or discouraged or ready to quit, I just DON'T like the taste of green juices. The thought of drinking it makes me not want to drink. Does anyone have a green juice recipe that is sweet and tasty. Mine make me want to hurl. What's in them you ask? celery, lettuce, kiwi, apple, orange, broccoli and parsley. My other recipe was: celery, lettuce, apple, orange, broccoli, cucumber, and carrot.
