I've been eating organic whole-food vegan food (including raw food) for almost 10 years now. Recently I've had very good benefit from drinking blended fresh organic greens (blended as for a smoothie, but without the fruit) (a mixture of various leafy greens, including "weeds" from my garden) - more benefit than from probably any other thing I've done for my health. Experiencing the benefits of blended leafy greens has gotten me interested in juice feasting on leafy greens.
Let's share, learn, benefit, and improve together! :)

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
