- I am a Certified Herbalist, Henna Artist, and Vegan Raw Foodist.
I have been 100% Vegan Raw for 1 year. Prior to being raw I was a "junk food" vegetarian. Now I take my lifestyle quite seriously. I really got the message, about what to take into my body, while I was going to herbal medicine school.

Greetings to all my friends and future friends,
I have been absent from the juice feasting community for quite a while, however, it was not by choice. On January 17th, 2009, I was rushed to the hospital after having suffered a stroke. The stroke effected my left side and I spent three months in a medical and rehabilitation care center. With daily therapy I went from a wheelchair, to a walker, to now, a four point cane. Hi Everyone,
Sorry I missed a couple of days of posting. I'm feeling much better today. The weather warmed up a little, so it's helping me cope with the chills I've been having. I must confess, I was cooking the other day, because my family is not raw, and without any thought I tasted the food I was cooking. It wasn't until after the fact that I realized what I had done. I actually ate a small amount of cooked food. I had been preparing a new recipe and had no idea how it was going to turn out.… Continue

Are you a Summer Juice Feaster?
The produce is perfect right now! Local organic is readily available! Things are greening, plumping, and ripening up. The Hot/Cool Shower (Contrast Shower) and working up sweats for cleansing is easier in summer!
If you want to grind grains, I suggest you get the extra container that does this. You could end up burning out your motor if you use the regular container to grind grains.

I'm just about to purchase a vita mix and I'm not sure if I need a dry bladecontainer to grind grains or if a wet one will do the job. Thanks! Van Nessa

I am still feling good with lots of energy but Im getting bored with the juice--LOL, I am trying new combibations and that is helping
In fact I went out to dinner with the family tonight and didnt even crave their food-LOL
