- Day three - you're doing great! Things really started changing for me after the 7-10 day mark and after two weeks it felt normal. And hey thanks for the congrats. 33 years for you -wow- wonderful - good for you. This is my second round -was married 20 years first time, but it was 10 years too long . . . I'm back juicing on the 21st - see you then! I'll give Paul your best - what a love he is! Cheers!

- Hi Audrey, I started on March 9th and found this global site that day. But am celebrating a 10th wedding anniversary and have gone 28 full days and 6 to break the jfeast and am now doing a live food diet until the 21st when I rejoin the jfeasting once again. My plan is somewhat open ended, but I want to go for another 60 -90 or so days - I love it and am doing well! How is it going for you so far?

David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
