Are you a Summer Juice Feaster?
The produce is perfect right now! Local organic is readily available! Things are greening, plumping, and ripening up. The Hot/Cool Shower (Contrast Shower) and working up sweats for cleansing is easier in summer!
If you want to grind grains, I suggest you get the extra container that does this. You could end up burning out your motor if you use the regular container to grind grains.

I'm just about to purchase a vita mix and I'm not sure if I need a dry bladecontainer to grind grains or if a wet one will do the job. Thanks! Van Nessa

It's been a cold week so it's nice being indoors more
I helped my husband move his office today...yuck...well of course he had movers but ya know we have to clean up and throw out stuff for them....they can be a bit useless in that dept! haaaa So a bit like a limp rag right about now...having tea and hitting the pillow for some zzzzz's in a few seconds...just wanted to give you a shout out and see how you're doing. we'll catch up in the week.
